Ekam Foundation Mumbai is a registered Charitable Trust under the Bombay Public Trust act 1950. It was founded in 2012 and has tirelessly been working as an NGO for 10 years in the city of Mumbai, Maharashtra. It has supported children from across the length and breadth of the country.
Since 2017, Ekam Foundation Mumbai has expanded its operations in Kolkata, West Bengal and its catchment areas along with Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh and many more states. It aims to help all the children in the country and provide them with a better life through Ekam's surgery aid and education fund programs for every child out there with strong support and love from the society.

Ekam Education Fund and Scholarship
Education is a basic right for every child but it has become a privilege to some while many kids are still deprived of it. We started the Ekam Education Fund in 2019 to help underserved children, especially girls or children with disabilities, access good quality education and build a better future for them.

Surgery Support Programme
Funds donated for surgeries do not save only one life but saves an entire family. Medical ailments and surgeries often force families to sell off their assets. Ekam Foundation Mumbai’s Surgery Support Program aims at bringing children together who belong to disadvantaged sections of society and providing them with the best healthcare services in order to save their lives regardless of their financial conditions.

- There are 3 ways to donate to Ekam Foundation Mumbai:

- You can issue a cheque in the name of ‘Ekam Foundation Mumbai’.
- You can donate to us through bank transfer. (Email us at finance@ekamfoundationmumbai.org for our bank account details.)
- 2. Are there any eligibility criteria for donating?
- There are no eligibility criteria, the donation is open to everyone across the globe. Domestic donors must provide their contact details and Indian PAN Card Number. Foreign donors can reach out to us at finance@ekamfoundationmumbai.org for the donation process.
- 3. What kind of surgeries does Ekam help you with?
- Ekam Foundation Mumbai supports all children between the age of 0-18 years for life-saving procedures like heart surgeries, transplant surgeries, and medical treatments.
- 4. How will I know where and when my donations have helped someone?
- Ekam Foundation Mumbai believes in complete transparency and utmost professionalism in fund utilization. Due diligence and meticulous screening of beneficiaries is our strength and differentiation. Corporate governance and integrity of the donor monies and accountability is the driving value of the organization. Each donor receives a receipt for their donation and can reach out to our finance team at finance@ekamfoundationmumbai.org for specific information.
