Program Associate

Aasavari Sachin Kadam holds a B.Com degree and has 13 years of work experience in various fields, ranging from administration to the social sector. She has worked for 11 years in administration departments across different companies and has 2 years of experience in the social sector. Previously, she served as a Champion (Center in charge) at Nandi Foundation, where she worked with teenage girls in a skill development program. Aasavari has recently joined Ekam Foundation Mumbai as a programme associate for the Surgery Support Programme. In her current role, she is responsible for providing day-to-day support to patients and their families, guiding them on where to seek medical support, connecting them with medical social workers, hospitals, etc. and ensuring timely follow-ups with patients. In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing and traveling.
