Meenu is the founder of QED Consultants, an HR Consulting firm specialising in HR transformation and organisation development initiatives. She is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of IQ Group, a firm that specializes in leadership identification and placement. Meenu has a Masters in Human Resources and has over two decades of corporate experience. Her expertise is in various facets of HR with key competence in leadership identification & development. Meenu has been associated with Little Angels, a school for special children, and with Ekam Foundation, a trust for underprivileged children’s healthcare and education. She has given back to society at both foundations by helping fundraise their events, handling their HR, and enabling their social media presence.
