Sarika Jhadav is a Program Associate for the Education Support and Scholarship Programme at Ekam Foundation Mumbai. With 9 years in fieldwork and 2 years as a superior Program Officer, she brings extensive community engagement experience. Previously at Sneha Foundation, Sarika managed outreach in Mumbai’s Western suburbs. In her current role, she ensures day-to-day documentation and timely follow-ups, playing a vital part in Ekam’s mission to support education and empower underprivileged students.
